Potential new ferry routes: Weigh in on the future of intracounty ferry service

Kitsap Transit is studying new ferry routes within Kitsap County, and we want your feedback!

In April, Kitsap Transit received $300,000 to study the feasibility of new intracounty passenger-only ferry routes (routes that operate within Kitsap County, like our Port Orchard to Bremerton route).
So far, we’ve identified three potential routes to be evaluated in the study:

• Bremerton to Silverdale
• Bremerton to Manchester
• Bremerton to Bainbridge Island

We’re looking for feedback from the public and will identify up to two (2) additional routes based on your engagement, comments received during our Long- Range Transit Plan (2022) process, potential demand, and a review of routing opportunities and constraints.
